1 Brothers, my heart's desire and my prayer to God for them is, that they may get salvation.

2For I bearthemrecordthat they have a zeal of God, butnotaccording to knowledge.
2 For I give witness of them that they have a strong desire for God, but not with knowledge.
3For they being ignorant of God'srighteousness, and going about to establish their ownrighteousness, havenot submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
3 Because, not having knowledge of God's righteousness, and desiring to give effect to their righteousness, they have not put themselves under the righteousness of God.
5ForMosesdescribeth the righteousnesswhich is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall livebythem.
5 For Moses says that the man who does the righteousness which is of the law will get life by it.
5 모세가 기록하되 율법으로 말미암는 의를 행하는 사람은 그 의로 살리라 하였거니와

19But I say, DidnotIsraelknow? FirstMosessaith, I will provokeyou to jealousybythem that arenopeople, andby a foolishnation I will angeryou.
19 But I say, Had Israel no knowledge? First Moses says, You will be moved to envy by that which is not a nation, and by a foolish people I will make you angry.
19 그러나 내가 말하노니 이스라엘이 알지 못하였느뇨 먼저 모세가 이르되 내가 백성 아닌 자로써 너희를 시기나게 하며 미련한 백성으로써 너희를 노엽게 하리라 하였고
