| 3 Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily. | 3 Have mercy on me, O Lord; for my cry goes up to you all the day. | 3 주여 나를 긍휼히 여기소서 내가 종일 주께 부르짖나이다 |
| 4 Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. | 4 Make glad the soul of your servant; for it is lifted up to you, O Lord. | 4 주여 내 영혼이 주를 우러러 보오니 주여 내 영혼을 기쁘게 하소서 |
| 5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. | 5 You are good, O Lord, and full of forgiveness; your mercy is great to all who make their cry to you. | 5 주는 선하사 사유하기를 즐기시며 주께 부르짖는 자에게 인자함이 후하심이니이다 |

| 13 For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell. | 13 For your mercy to me is great; you have taken my soul up from the deep places of the underworld. | 13 이는 내게 향하신 주의 인자가 크사 내 영혼을 깊은 음부에서 건지셨음이니이다 |
| 14 O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them. | 14 O God, men of pride have come up against me, and the army of violent men would take my life; they have not put you before them. | 14 하나님이여 교만한 자가 일어나 나를 치고 강포한 자의 무리가 내 혼을 찾았사오며 자기 앞에 주를 두지 아니하였나이다 |
| 15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering ㆍ, and plenteous in mercy and truth. | 15 But you, O Lord, are a God full of pity and forgiveness, slow to get angry, great in mercy and wisdom. | 15 그러나 주여 주는 긍휼히 여기시며 은혜를 베푸시며 노하기를 더디하시며 인자와 진실이 풍성하신 하나님이시오니 |
| 16 O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid. | 16 O be turned to me and have mercy on me: give your strength to your servant, and your salvation to the son of her who is your servant. | 16 내게로 돌이키사 나를 긍휼히 여기소서 주의 종에게 힘을 주시고 주의 여종의 아들을 구원하소서 |
| 17 Show me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me. | 17 Give me a sign for good; so that my haters may see it and be shamed; because you, Lord, have been my help and comfort. | 17 은총의 표징을 내게 보이소서 그러면 나를 미워하는 저희가 보고 부끄러워하오리니 여호와여 주는 나를 돕고 위로하심이니이다 |
