| 4 Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from the violent man; who have purposed to overthrow my goings. | 4 O Lord, take me out of the hands of sinners; keep me safe from the violent man: for they are designing my downfall. | 4 여호와여 나를 지키사 악인의 손에 빠지지 않게 하시며 나를 보전하사 강포한 자에게서 벗어나게 하소서 저희는 나의 걸음을 밀치려 하나이다 |

| 8 Grant not, O LORD, the desires of the wicked: further not his wicked device; lest they exalt themselves. | 10 Let burning coals fall upon them: let them be cast into the fire; into deep pits, that they rise not up again. | 10 Let burning flames come down on them: let them be put into the fire, and into deep waters, so that they may not get up again. | 10 뜨거운 숯불이 저희에게 떨어지게 하시며 불 가운데와 깊은 웅덩이에 저희로 빠져 다시 일어나지 못하게 하소서 |
| 11 Let not an evil speaker be established in the earth: evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him. | 11 Let not a man of evil tongue be safe on earth: let destruction overtake the violent man with blow on blow. | 11 악담하는 자는 세상에서 굳게 서지 못하며 강포한 자에게는 재앙이 따라서 패망케 하리이다 |
| 12 I know that the LORD will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and the right of the poor. | 12 I am certain that the Lord will take care of the cause of the poor, and of the rights of those who are troubled. | 12 내가 알거니와 여호와는 고난 당하는 자를 신원하시며 궁핍한 자에게 공의를 베푸시리이다 |
| 13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks unto thy name: the upright shall dwell in thy presence. | 13 Truly, the upright will give praise to your name: the holy will have a place in your house. | 13 진실로 의인이 주의 이름에 감사하며 정직한 자가 주의 앞에 거하리이다 |
