1To the chief Musician, [A Psalm] of David. In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Fleeas a bird to your mountain?

1 내가 여호와께 피하였거늘 너희가 내 영혼더러 새 같이 네 산으로 도망하라 함은 어찜인고
2 For, lo, the wickedbendtheirbow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privilyㆍshoot at the upright in heart.
2 See, the bows of the evil-doers are bent, they make ready their arrows on the cord, so that they may send them secretly against the upright in heart.
2 악인이 활을 당기고 살을 시위에 먹임이여 마음이 바른 자를 어두운데서 쏘려 하는도다
3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteousdo?
3 If the bases are broken down, what is the upright man to do?
3 터가 무너지면 의인이 무엇을 할꼬
4 The LORDis in his holytemple, the LORD'Sthroneis in heaven: his eyesbehold, his eyelidstry, the children of men.
4 The Lord is in his holy Temple, the Lord's seat is in heaven; his eyes are watching and testing the children of men.
4 여호와께서 그 성전에 계시니 여호와의 보좌는 하늘에 있음이여 그 눈이 인생을 통촉하시고 그 안목이 저희를 감찰하시도다
5 The LORDtrieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that lovethviolence his soulhateth.
5 The Lord puts the upright and the sinner to the test, but he has hate in his soul for the lover of violent acts.
5 여호와는 의인을 감찰하시고 악인과 강포함을 좋아하는 자를 마음에 미워하시도다
6 Upon the wicked he shall rainsnares, fire and brimstone, and an horribletempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
6 On the evil-doer he will send down fire and flames, and a burning wind; with these will their cup be full.
6 악인에게 그물을 내려 치시리니 불과 유황과 태우는 바람이 저희 잔의 소득이 되리로다
7 For the righteousLORDlovethrighteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.
7 For the Lord is upright; he is a lover of righteousness: the upright will see his face.
