1A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out his complaintbefore the LORD.Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my crycome unto thee.

1 여호와여 내 기도를 들으시고 나의 부르짖음을 주께 상달케 하소서
2Hide not thy face from me in the daywhen I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the daywhen I callanswer me speedily.
2 Let not your face be veiled from me in the day of my trouble; give ear to me, and let my cry be answered quickly.
2 나의 괴로운 날에 주의 얼굴을 내게 숨기지 마소서 주의 귀를 기울이사 내가 부르짖는 날에 속히 내게 응답하소서
3 For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.
3 My days are wasted like smoke, and my bones are burned up as in a fire.
3 대저 내 날이 연기 같이 소멸하며 내 뼈가 냉과리 같이 탔나이다
4 My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
4 My heart is broken; it has become dry and dead like grass, so that I give no thought to food.
4 내가 음식 먹기도 잊었음으로 내 마음이 풀 같이 쇠잔하였사오며
5 By reason of the voice of my groaning my bonescleave to my skin.
5 Because of the voice of my sorrow, my flesh is wasted to the bone.
5 나의 탄식 소리를 인하여 나의 살이 뼈에 붙었나이다
6 I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
6 I am like a bird living by itself in the waste places; like the night-bird in a waste of sand.
6 나는 광야의 당아새 같고 황폐한 곳의 부엉이 같이 되었사오며
7 I watch, and am as a sparrowalone upon the house top.
7 I keep watch like a bird by itself on the house-top.
7 내가 밤을 새우니 지붕 위에 외로운 참새 같으니이다
8 Mine enemiesreproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me.
8 My haters say evil of me all day; those who are violent against me make use of my name as a curse.
8 내 원수들이 종일 나를 훼방하며 나를 대하여 미칠듯이 날치는 자들이 나를 가리켜 맹세하나이다
9 For I have eatenashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
9 I have had dust for bread and my drink has been mixed with weeping:
9 나는 재를 양식 같이 먹으며 나의 마심에는 눈물을 섞었사오니
10Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
10 Because of your passion and your wrath, for I have been lifted up and then made low by you.
10 이는 주의 분과 노를 인함이라 주께서 나를 드셨다가 던지셨나이다
11 My daysare like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
11 My days are like a shade which is stretched out; I am dry like the grass.
11 내 날이 기울어지는 그림자 같고 내가 풀의 쇠잔함 같으니이다
12 But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto allgenerations.
12 But you, O Lord, are eternal; and your name will never come to an end.
12 여호와여 주는 영원히 계시고 주의 기념 명칭은 대대에 이르리이다
13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
13 You will again get up and have mercy on Zion: for the time has come for her to be comforted.
13 주께서 일어나사 시온을 긍휼히 여기시리니 지금은 그를 긍휼히 여기실 때라 정한 기한이 옴이니이다
14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
14 For your servants take pleasure in her stones, looking with love on her dust.
14 주의 종들이 시온의 돌들을 즐거워하며 그 티끌도 연휼히 여기나이다
15 So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
15 So the nations will give honour to the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth will be in fear of his glory:
15 이에 열방이 여호와의 이름을 경외하며 세계 열왕이 주의 영광을 경외하리니
16 When the LORD shall build upZion, he shall appear in his glory.
16 When the Lord has put up the walls of Zion, and has been been in his glory;
16 대저 여호와께서 시온을 건설하시고 그 영광 중에 나타나셨음이라
17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
17 When he has given ear to the prayer of the poor, and has not put his request on one side.
17 여호와께서 빈궁한 자의 기도를 돌아보시며 저희 기도를 멸시치 아니하셨도다
18 This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.
18 This will be put in writing for the coming generation, and the people of the future will give praise to the Lord.
18 이 일이 장래 세대를 위하여 기록되리니 창조함을 받을 백성이 여호와를 찬송하리로다
19 For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORDbehold the earth;
19 For from his holy place the Lord has seen, looking down on the earth from heaven;
19 여호와께서 그 높은 성소에서 하감하시며 하늘에서 땅을 감찰하셨으니
20 To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;
20 Hearing the cry of the prisoner, making free those for whom death is ordered;
20 이는 갇힌 자의 탄식을 들으시며 죽이기로 정한 자를 해방하사
21 To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
21 So that they may give out the name of the Lord in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
21 여호와의 이름을 시온에서, 그 영예를 예루살렘에서 선포케 하려 하심이라
22 When the people are gatheredtogether, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
22 When the peoples are come together, and the kingdoms, to give worship to the Lord.
22 때에 민족들과 나라들이 모여 여호와를 섬기리로다
23 He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.
23 He has taken my strength from me in the way; he has made short my days.
23 저가 내 힘을 중도에 쇠약케 하시며 내 날을 단촉케 하셨도다
24 I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy yearsare throughout allgenerations.
24 I will say, O my God, take me not away before my time; your years go on through all generations:
24 나의 말이 나의 하나님이여 나의 중년에 나를 데려가지 마옵소서 주의 년대는 대대에 무궁하니이다
25 Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavensare the work of thy hands.
25 In the past you put the earth on its base, and the heavens are the work of your hands.
25 주께서 옛적에 땅의 기초를 두셨사오며 하늘도 주의 손으로 지으신바니이다
26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:
26 They will come to an end, but you will still go on; they all will become old like a coat, and like a robe they will be changed:
26 천지는 없어지려니와 주는 영존하시겠고 그것들은 다 옷 같이 낡으리니 의복 같이 바꾸시면 바뀌려니와
27 But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
27 But you are the unchanging One, and your years will have no end.
27 주는 여상하시고 주의 년대는 무궁하리이다
28 The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be establishedbefore thee.
28 The children of your servants will have a safe resting-place, and their seed will be ever before you.
