1 Now the people were saying evil against the Lord; and the Lord, hearing it, was angry and sent fire on them, burning the outer parts of the tent-circle.
1 백성이 여호와의 들으시기에 악한 말로 원망하매 여호와께서 들으시고 진노하사 여호와의 불로 그들 중에 붙어서 진 끝을 사르게 하시매
2 And the people made an outcry to Moses, and Moses made prayer to the Lord, and the fire was stopped.

18 And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eatflesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it waswell with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat.[x]MKJV: And say to the people, Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow, and you shall eat flesh. For you have wept in the ears of the Lord, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat, for [it was] well with us in Egypt? Therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and you shall eat. 18 또 백성에게 이르기를 너희 몸을 거룩히 하여 내일 고기 먹기를 기다리라 너희가 울며 이르기를 누가 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 할꼬 애굽에 있을 때가 우리에게 재미 있었다 하는 말이 여호와께 들렸으므로 여호와께서 너희에게 고기를 주어 먹게 하실 것이라
19 Ye shall not eatoneday, nor two days, nor fivedays, neither tendays, nor twentydays;[x]MKJV: You shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, nor ten days, nor twenty days. BBE: Not for one day only, or even for five or ten or twenty days; KAV: 너희가 하루나 이틀이나 닷새나 열흘이나 스무 날만 먹을 것이 아니라
19 Not for one day only, or even for five or ten or twenty days;

20But even a whole monthㆍ, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which isamong you, and have weptbefore him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?[x]MKJV: Even a whole month, until it comes out at your nostrils, and it is hateful to you, because you have despised the LORD among you, and have wept before Him, saying, Why did we come out of Egypt? BBE: But every day for a month, till you are tired of it, turning from it in disgust: because you have gone against the Lord who is with you, and have been weeping before him saying, Why did we come out of Egypt? 21 And Mosessaid, The people, among whom I am,aresixhundredthousandfootmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a wholemonth.[x]MKJV: And Moses said, The people among whom I [am] [are] six hundred thousand footmen. And You have said, I will give them flesh so that they may eat a whole month! BBE: Then Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand men on foot; and you have said, I will give them flesh to be their food for a month.
