The temptation of Christ. (1-11) The opening of Christ's ministry in Galilee. (12-17) Call of Simon and others. (18-22) Jesus teaches and works miracles. (23-25)
KJV BBE KRV
Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.1 Then Jesus was sent by the Spirit into the waste land to be tested by the Evil One.1 그 때에 예수께서 성령에게 이끌리어 마귀에게 시험을 받으러 광야로 가사
And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungered.2 And after going without food for forty days and forty nights, he was in need of it.2 사십 일을 밤낮으로 금식하신 후에 주리신지라
And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.3 And the Evil One came and said to him, If you are the Son of God, give the word for these stones to become bread.3 시험하는 자가 예수께 나아와서 가로되 네가 만일 하나님의 아들이어든 명하여 이 돌들이 떡덩이가 되게 하라
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.4 But he made answer and said, It is in the Writings, Bread is not man's only need, but every word which comes out of the mouth of God.4 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 기록되었으되 사람이 떡으로만 살것이 아니요 하나님의 입으로 나오는 모든 말씀으로 살 것이라 하였느니라 하시니
Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,5 Then the Evil One took him to the holy town; and he put him on the highest point of the Temple and said to him,5 이에 마귀가 예수를 거룩한 성으로 데려다가 성전 꼭대기에 세우고
And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written , He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.6 If you are the Son of God, let yourself go down; for it is in the Writings, He will give his angels care over you; and, In their hands they will keep you up, so that your foot may not be crushed against a stone.6 가로되 네가 만일 하나님의 아들이어든 뛰어내리라 기록하였으되 저가 너를 위하여 그 사자들을 명하시리니 저희가 손으로 너를 받들어 발이 돌에 부딪히지 않게 하리로다 하였느니라
Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.7 Jesus said to him, Again it is in the Writings, You may not put the Lord your God to the test.7 예수께서 이르시되 또 기록되었으되 주 너의 하나님을 시험치 말라 하였느니라 하신대
Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and showeth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;8 Again, the Evil One took him up to a very high mountain, and let him see all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them;8 마귀가 또 그를 데리고 지극히 높은 산으로 가서 천하 만국과 그 영광을 보여
And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.9 And he said to him, All these things will I give you, if you will go down on your face and give me worship.9 가로되 만일 내게 엎드려 경배하면 이 모든 것을 네게 주리라
Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.10 Then said Jesus to him, Away, Satan: for it is in the Writings, Give worship to the Lord your God and be his servant only.10 이에 예수께서 말씀하시되 사단아 물러가라 기록되었으되 주 너의 하나님께 경배하고 다만 그를 섬기라 하였느니라
Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.11 Then the Evil One went away from him, and angels came and took care of him.11 이에 마귀는 예수를 떠나고 천사들이 나아와서 수종드니라
Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee;12 Now when it came to his ears that John had been put in prison, he went away to Galilee;12 예수께서 요한의 잡힘을 들으시고 갈릴리로 물러 가셨다가
And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:13 And going away from Nazareth, he came and made his living-place in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the country of Zebulun and Naphtali:13 나사렛을 떠나 스불론과 납달리 지경 해변에 있는 가버나움에 가서 사시니
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,14 So that the word of the prophet Isaiah might come true,14 이는 선지자 이사야로 하신 말씀을 이루려 하심이라 일렀으되
The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;15 The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, by the way of the sea, the other side of Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles,15 스불론 땅과 납달리 땅과 요단강 저편 해변 길과 이방의 갈릴리여
The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.16 The people who were in the dark saw a great light, and to those in the land of the shade of death did the dawn come up.16 흑암에 앉은 백성이 큰 빛을 보았고 사망의 땅과 그늘에 앉은 자들에게 빛이 비취었도다 하였느니라
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.17 From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near.17 이때부터 예수께서 비로소 전파하여 가라사대 회개하라 천국이 가까왔느니라 하시더라
And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.18 And when he was walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, whose other name was Peter, and Andrew, his brother, who were putting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.18 갈릴리 해변에 다니시다가 두 형제 곧 베드로라 하는 시몬과 그 형제 안드레가 바다에 그물 던지는 것을 보시니 저희는 어부라
And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.19 And he said to them, Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men.19 말씀하시되 나를 따라 오너라 내가 너희로 사람을 낚는 어부가 되게 하리라 하시니
And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.20 And straight away they let go the nets and went after him.20 저희가 곧 그물을 버려 두고 예수를 좇으니라
And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.21 And going on from there he saw two other brothers, James, the son of Zebedee, and John, his brother, in the boat with their father, stitching up their nets; and he said, Come.21 거기서 더 가시다가 다른 두 형제 곧 세베대의 아들 야고보와 그 형제 요한이 그 부친 세베대와 한가지로 배에서 그물 깁는 것을 보시고 부르시니
And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.22 And they went straight from the boat and their father and came after him.22 저희가 곧 배와 부친을 버려두고 예수를 좇으니라
And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.23 And Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their Synagogues and preaching the good news of the kingdom, and making well those who were ill with any disease among the people.23 예수께서 온 갈릴리에 두루 다니사 저희 회당에서 가르치시며 천국 복음을 전파하시며 백성 중에 모든 병과 모든 약한 것을 고치시니
And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.24 And news of him went out through all Syria; and they took to him all who were ill with different diseases and pains, those having evil spirits and those who were off their heads, and those who had no power of moving. And he made them well.24 그의 소문이 온 수리아에 퍼진지라 사람들이 모든 앓는 자 곧 각색 병과 고통에 걸린 자, 귀신 들린 자, 간질하는 자, 중풍병자들을 데려오니 저희를 고치시더라
And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan.25 And there went after him great numbers from Galilee and Decapolis and Jerusalem and Judaea and from the other side of Jordan.25 갈릴리와 데가볼리와 예루살렘과 유대와 요단강 건너편에서 허다한 무리가 좇으니라
