BBE: Say to the children of Israel, If a man makes a special oath, you will give your decision as to the value of the persons for the Lord. 2 Say to the children of Israel, If a man makes a special oath, you will give your decision as to the value of the persons for the Lord.
2 이스라엘 자손에게 고하여 이르라 사람을 여호와께 드리기로 서원하였으면 너는 그 값을 정할찌니
3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twentyyearsold even unto sixtyyearsold, even thy estimation shall be fiftyshekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.[x]MKJV: And your judgment shall be of the male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your judgment shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary. BBE: And you will put the value of a male from twenty years to sixty years old at fifty shekels of silver, by the scale of the holy place. 3 And you will put the value of a male from twenty years to sixty years old at fifty shekels of silver, by the scale of the holy place.
3 너의 정한 값은 이십세로 육십세까지는 남자이면 성소의 세겔대로 은 오십 세겔로 하고
4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirtyshekels.[x]MKJV: And if it [is] a female, then your judgment shall be thirty shekels. BBE: And if it is a female, the value will be thirty shekels. KAV: 여자이면 네가 정한 값을 삼십 세겔로 하며 TSK: thirty shekels: zec 11:12,13, mt 26:15, mt 27:9,10
4 And if it is a female, the value will be thirty shekels.

5 And if it be from fiveyearsold even unto twentyyearsold, then thy estimation shall be of the maletwentyshekels, and for the femaletenshekels.[x]MKJV: And if from five years old to twenty years old, then your judgment shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. 5 And if the person is from five to twenty years old, the value will be twenty shekels for a male, and ten for a female.

6 And if it be from a monthold even unto fiveyearsold, then thy estimation shall be of the malefiveshekels of silver, and for the female thy estimationshall bethreeshekels of silver.[x]MKJV: And if from a month old to five years old, then your judgment shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female your judgment [shall be] three shekels of silver. BBE: And if the person is from one month to five years old, then the value for a male will be five shekels of silver, and for a female three shekels. 6 And if the person is from one month to five years old, then the value for a male will be five shekels of silver, and for a female three shekels.

7 And if it be from sixtyyearsold and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteenㆍshekels, and for the femaletenshekels.[x]MKJV: And if from sixty years old and above, if it is a male then your judgment shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels. 7 And for sixty years old and over, for a male the value will be fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten.

8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his abilityㆍ that vowed shall the priestvalue him.[x]MKJV: But if he is poorer than your judgment, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him. The priest shall value him according to the ability of him who vowed. BBE: But if he is poorer than the value which you have put on him, then let him be taken to the priest, and the priest will put a value on him, such as it is possible for him to give. 8 But if he is poorer than the value which you have put on him, then let him be taken to the priest, and the priest will put a value on him, such as it is possible for him to give.
8 그러나 서원자가 가난하여 너의 정가를 감당치 못하겠으면 그를 제사장의 앞으로 데리고 갈 것이요 제사장은 그 값을 정하되 그 서원자의 형세대로 값을 정할찌니라
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any mangiveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.[x]MKJV: And if [it is] an animal of which they bring an offering to the LORD, all that one gives of such to the LORD shall be holy. BBE: And if it is a beast of which men make offerings to the Lord, whatever any man gives of such to the Lord will be holy. KAV: 사람들이 {주}께 드리려고 헌물로 가져오는 것이 짐승이면 사람이 {주}께 드리는 그런 것이 다 거룩하리니
9 And if it is a beast of which men make offerings to the Lord, whatever any man gives of such to the Lord will be holy.
9 사람이 예물로 여호와께 드리는 것이 생축이면 서원물로 여호와께 드릴 때는 다 거룩하니
10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at allchangebeast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.[x]MKJV: He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good. And if he shall at all change animal for animal, then it and the exchange of it shall be holy. BBE: It may not be changed in any way, a good given for a bad, or a bad for a good; if one beast is changed for another, the two will be holy. 10 It may not be changed in any way, a good given for a bad, or a bad for a good; if one beast is changed for another, the two will be holy.
10 그것을 변개하여 우열간 바꾸지 못할 것이요 혹 생축으로 생축을 바꾸면 둘 다 거룩할 것이며
11 And if it be any uncleanbeast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beastbefore the priest:[x]MKJV: And if [it is] any unclean animal, of which they do not offer a sacrifice to the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest. BBE: And if it is any unclean beast, of which offerings are not made to the Lord, then let him take the beast before the priest; KAV: 그것이 부정하여 그들이 {주}께 희생물로 드리지 않는 짐승이면 그는 그 짐승을 제사장 앞에 보일 것이요, TSK: And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:: de 23:18, mal 1:14
11 And if it is any unclean beast, of which offerings are not made to the Lord, then let him take the beast before the priest;
11 부정하여 여호와께 예물로 드리지 못할 생축이면 그 생축을 제사장 앞으로 끌어 갈 것이요
12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be goodorbad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.[x]MKJV: And the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest value it, so shall it be. BBE: And let the priest put a value on it, if it is good or bad; whatever value the priest puts on it, so will it be. KAV: 제사장은 그것이 좋든지 나쁘든지 그것의 값을 정할지니 제사장인 네가 그것의 값을 정하는 대로 그 값이 정해지리라.

BBE: But if he has a desire to get it back for himself, let him give a fifth more than your value. KAV: 그러나 그가 그것을 무르려면 네가 정한 값에 그것의 오분의 일을 더할지니라. 13 But if he has a desire to get it back for himself, let him give a fifth more than your value.
13 그가 그것을 무르려면 정가에 그 오분 일을 더할찌니라
14 And when a man shall sanctify his houseto beholy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.[x]MKJV: And when a man shall sanctify his house [to be] holy to the LORD, then the priest shall judge it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest shall judge it, so shall it stand. BBE: And if a man has given his house as holy to the Lord, then the priest will put a value on it, if it is good or bad; as the priest gives decision so will the value be fixed. KAV: ¶ 사람이 자기 집을 거룩히 구별하여 {주}께 거룩하게 하려면 제사장은 그것이 좋든지 나쁘든지 값을 정할지니 제사장이 정하는 대로 그 값이 설 것이니라. TSK: sanctify: le 27:21, le 25:29-31, nu 18:14, ps 101:2-7
14 And if a man has given his house as holy to the Lord, then the priest will put a value on it, if it is good or bad; as the priest gives decision so will the value be fixed.
14 사람이 자기 집을 구별하여 여호와께 드리려면 제사장이 그 우열간에 정가할찌니 그 값이 제사장의 정한대로 될 것이며
15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifthpart of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.[x]MKJV: And if he who sanctified it desires to redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth [part] of the silver of your judgment, and it shall be his. BBE: And if the owner has a desire to get back his house, let him give a fifth more than your value, and it will be his. KAV: 자기 집을 거룩히 구별한 사람이 그 집을 무르려면 네가 정한 돈의 오분의 일을 그것에 더할지니 그러면 그것이 그의 소유가 되리라.
15 And if the owner has a desire to get back his house, let him give a fifth more than your value, and it will be his.

16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORDsome part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barleyseedshall be valued at fiftyshekels of silver.[x]MKJV: And if a man shall sanctify to the LORD [some part] of a field that he owns, then your judgment shall be according to its seed; a homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver. BBE: And if a man gives to the Lord part of the field which is his property, then let your value be in relation to the seed which is planted in it; a measure of barley grain will be valued at fifty shekels of silver. KAV: 어떤 사람이 자기 소유의 밭 얼마를 {주}께 거룩히 구별하려면 그 밭의 씨에 따라 네가 정한 값을 매기되 보리씨 일 호멜은 은 오십 세겔로 그 값을 매길 것이며 TSK: of a field: ac 4:34-37, ac 5:4; an homer: isa 5:10, eze 45:11-14, ho 3:2
16 And if a man gives to the Lord part of the field which is his property, then let your value be in relation to the seed which is planted in it; a measure of barley grain will be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
16 사람이 자기 기업된 밭 얼마를 구별하여 여호와께 드리려면 두락수대로 정가하되 보리 한 호멜지기에는 은 오십 세겔로 계산할찌며
17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.[x]MKJV: If he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to your judgment it shall stand. BBE: If he gives his field from the year of Jubilee, the value will be fixed by your decision. KAV: 그가 자기 밭을 희년부터 거룩히 구별하였으면 그 값이 네가 정한 값대로 될 것이로되
17 If he gives his field from the year of Jubilee, the value will be fixed by your decision.
17 그가 그 밭을 희년부터 구별하여 드렸으면 그 값을 네가 정한 대로 할 것이요
18 But if he sanctify his fieldafter the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.[x]MKJV: But if he sanctifies his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the silver according to the years that remain, even until the year of jubilee, and it shall be taken from your estimation. BBE: But if he gives his field after the year of Jubilee, the amount of the money will be worked out by the priest in relation to the number of years till the coming year of Jubilee, and the necessary amount will be taken off your value. KAV: 그 밭을 희년 이후에 거룩히 구별하였으면 제사장이 희년까지 남은 햇수에 따라 그에게 돈을 계산하고 네가 정한 값에서 그만큼을 줄일 것이니라. TSK: But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.: le 25:15,16,27,51,52
18 But if he gives his field after the year of Jubilee, the amount of the money will be worked out by the priest in relation to the number of years till the coming year of Jubilee, and the necessary amount will be taken off your value.
18 그 밭을 희년 후에 구별하여 드렸으면 제사장이 다음 희년까지 남은 년수를 따라 그 값을 계산하고 정가에서 그 값에 상당하게 감할 것이며
19 And if he that sanctified the field will in any wiseredeem it, then he shall add the fifthpart of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.[x]MKJV: And if he who sanctified the field desires in any way to redeem it, then he shall add the fifth [part] of the money of your estimation to it, and it shall be made sure to him. BBE: And if the man who has given the field has a desire to get it back, let him give a fifth more than the price at which it was valued and it will be his. KAV: 밭을 거룩히 구별한 자가 어떤 식으로든 그것을 무르려면 네가 정한 돈의 오분의 일을 그것에 더할지니 그러면 그것이 그를 위하여 확정되리라.
19 And if the man who has given the field has a desire to get it back, let him give a fifth more than the price at which it was valued and it will be his.

20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to anotherman, it shall not be redeemed any more.[x]MKJV: And if he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more. BBE: But if he has no desire to get it back, or if he has given it for a price to another man, it may not be got back again. KAV: 그가 그 밭을 무르려 하지 아니하거나 다른 사람에게 팔았으면 다시는 그것을 무르지 못하리라.
20 But if he has no desire to get it back, or if he has given it for a price to another man, it may not be got back again.

21 But the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a fielddevoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.[x]MKJV: But the field, when it goes out in the jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted. The possession of it shall be the priest's. BBE: But the field, when it becomes free at the year of Jubilee, will be holy to the Lord, as a field given under oath: it will be the property of the priest. 21 But the field, when it becomes free at the year of Jubilee, will be holy to the Lord, as a field given under oath: it will be the property of the priest.
21 희년이 되어서 그 밭이 돌아오게 될 때에는 여호와께 바친 성물이 되어 영영히 드린 땅과 같이 제사장의 기업이 될 것이며
22 And if a mansanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;[x]MKJV: And if [a man] sanctifies to the LORD a field which he has bought, which [is] not of the fields he owns, BBE: And if a man gives to the Lord a field which he has got for money from another, which is not part of his heritage; KAV: 어떤 사람이 사기는 했으나 자기의 본 소유가 아닌 밭을 {주}께 거룩히 구별하려면 TSK: his possession: le 25:10,25
22 And if a man gives to the Lord a field which he has got for money from another, which is not part of his heritage;
22 사람에게 샀고 자기 기업이 아닌 밭을 여호와께 구별하여 드렸으면
23 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubilee: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.[x]MKJV: then the priest shall count to him the worth of your estimation, until the year of jubilee. And he shall give your estimation in that day, a holy thing to the LORD. BBE: Then the value fixed by you up to the year of Jubilee will be worked out for him by the priest, and in that day he will give the amount of your value as holy to the Lord. KAV: 제사장은 그를 위하여 네가 정한 값의 가치를 희년까지 계산하고 그는 네가 정한 값을 그 날에 {주}께 드려 거룩한 것으로 삼을 것이며 TSK: Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.: le 27:12,18
23 Then the value fixed by you up to the year of Jubilee will be worked out for him by the priest, and in that day he will give the amount of your value as holy to the Lord.
23 너는 정가하고 제사장은 그를 위하여 희년까지 계산하고 그는 너의 정가한 돈을 그 날에 여호와께 드려 성물을 삼을찌며
24 In the year of the jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the landdid belong.[x]MKJV: In the year of the jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, to him who owns [it in] the land. BBE: In the year of Jubilee the field will go back to him from whom he got it, that is, to him whose heritage it was. KAV: 희년이 되면 그 밭은 그것을 판 사람 곧 그 땅의 소유자에게 돌아갈 것이니라. TSK: In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.: le 27:20, le 25:28
24 In the year of Jubilee the field will go back to him from whom he got it, that is, to him whose heritage it was.

25 And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twentygerahs shall be the shekel.[x]MKJV: And all your judgments shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary, twenty gerahs shall be the shekel. BBE: And let all your values be based on the shekel of the holy place, that is, twenty gerahs to the shekel. KAV: 네가 정한 값은 다 성소의 세겔에 따라 결정하되 이십 게라를 일 세겔로 할지니라. 25 And let all your values be based on the shekel of the holy place, that is, twenty gerahs to the shekel.
25 너의 모든 정가를 성소의 세겔대로 하되 이십 게라를 한 세겔로 할찌니라
26 Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD'Sfirstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it beox, or sheep: it is the LORD'S.[x]MKJV: However, the first-born of an animal, which should be the LORD's first-born, no man shall sanctify it, whether an ox, or sheep, it is the LORD's. BBE: But a man may not give by oath to the Lord the first-fruits of cattle which are offered to the Lord: if it is an ox or a sheep it is the Lord's. KAV: ¶ 오직 짐승의 첫 새끼는 {주}의 첫 새끼인즉 아무도 그것을 거룩히 구별하지 말라. 소든 양이든 그것은 {주}의 것이니라. TSK: which: ex 13:2,12,13, ex 22:30, nu 18:17, de 15:19
26 But a man may not give by oath to the Lord the first-fruits of cattle which are offered to the Lord: if it is an ox or a sheep it is the Lord's.
26 오직 생축의 첫새끼는 여호와께 돌릴 첫새끼라 우 양을 물론하고 여호와의 것이니 누구든지 그것으로는 구별하여 드리지 못할 것이며
27 And if it be of an uncleanbeast, then he shall redeemit according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifthpart of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.[x]MKJV: And if [it is] of an unclean animal, then he shall redeem it according to your estimation, and shall add a fifth [part] of it to it. Or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your estimation. BBE: And if it is an unclean beast, then the owner of it may give money to get it back, in agreement with the value fixed by you, by giving a fifth more; or if it is not taken back, let it be given for money in agreement with your valuing. 27 And if it is an unclean beast, then the owner of it may give money to get it back, in agreement with the value fixed by you, by giving a fifth more; or if it is not taken back, let it be given for money in agreement with your valuing.
27 부정한 짐승이면 너의 정가에 그 오분 일을 더하여 속할 것이요 만일 속하지 아니하거든 너의 정가대로 팔찌니라
28 Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thingismostholy unto the LORD.[x]MKJV: However, no devoted thing that a man shall devote to the LORD of all that he has, either of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. Every devoted thing [is] most holy to the LORD. BBE: But nothing which a man has given completely to the Lord, out of all his property, of man or beast, or of the land which is his heritage, may be given away or got back in exchange for money; anything completely given is most holy to the Lord. KAV: 그럼에도 불구하고 전적으로 봉헌한 것 즉 어떤 사람이 자기의 모든 소유 중에서 {주}께 전적으로 봉헌할 물건은 사람이든지 짐승이든지 그의 소유 밭이든지 팔지도 못하고 무르지도 못하리니 전적으로 봉헌한 것은 다 {주}께 지극히 거룩하니라. 28 오직 여호와께 아주 바친 그 물건은 사람이든지 생축이든지 기업의 밭이든지 팔지도 못하고 속하지도 못하나니 바친 것은 다 여호와께 지극히 거룩함이며
29 None devoted, which shall bedevoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.[x]MKJV: Nothing devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed, [but] shall surely be put to death. 33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.[x]MKJV: He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it. And if he changes it at all, then both it and the change of it shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.
