3 나도 그 사람에게 진노하여 그를 그 백성 중에서 끊으리니 이는 그가 그 자식을 몰렉에게 주어서 내 성소를 더럽히고 내 성호를 욕되게 하였음이라

4 And if the people of the land do not take note of that man when he gives his offspring to Molech, and do not put him to death,

5 Then my face will be turned against him and his family, and he and all those who do evil with him will be cut off from among their people.

6 And the soul that turnethafter such as have familiar spirits, and afterwizards, to go a whoringafter them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.[x]MKJV: And the soul that turns to mediums, and to spirit-knowers, to go lusting after them, I will even set My face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people. 6 And whoever goes after those who make use of spirits and wonder-workers, doing evil with them, against him will my face be turned, and he will be cut off from among his people.
6 음란하듯 신접한 자와 박수를 추종하는 자에게는 내가 진노하여 그를 그 백성 중에서 끊으리니
7Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.[x]MKJV: And you shall sanctify yourselves, and be holy. For I [am] the LORD your God. 8 And keep my rules and do them: I am the Lord, who make you holy.

9 For everyone that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his bloodshall be upon him.[x]MKJV: And any man who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death. He has cursed his father or his mother; his blood [shall be] on him. BBE: Every man cursing his father or his mother is certainly to be put to death; because of his curse on his father or his mother, his blood will be on him. 10 And the man that committeth adultery with anotherman'swife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour'swife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.[x]MKJV: And a man who commits adultery with a man's wife, who commits adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. BBE: And if a man has sex relations with another man's wife, even the wife of his neighbour, he and she are certainly to be put to death. 10 And if a man has sex relations with another man's wife, even the wife of his neighbour, he and she are certainly to be put to death.
10 누구든지 남의 아내와 간음하는 자 곧 그 이웃의 아내와 간음하는 자는 그 간부와 음부를 반드시 죽일찌니라
11 And the man that lieth with his father'swife hath uncovered his father'snakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their bloodshall be upon them.[x]MKJV: And the man who lies with his father's wife has uncovered his father's nakedness. Both of them shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be on them. BBE: And the man who has sex relations with his father's wife has put shame on his father: the two of them are to be put to death; their blood will be on them. 12 And if a manlie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wroughtconfusion; their bloodshall be upon them.[x]MKJV: And if a man lies with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death. They have performed a perversion; their blood [shall be] on them. BBE: And if a man has sex relations with his son's wife, the two of them are to be put to death: it is unnatural; their blood will be on them. 12 And if a man has sex relations with his son's wife, the two of them are to be put to death: it is unnatural; their blood will be on them.

13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their bloodshall be upon them.[x]MKJV: If a man also lies with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood [shall be] on them. BBE: And if a man has sex relations with a man, the two of them have done a disgusting thing: let them be put to death; their blood will be on them. 14 And if a mantake a wife and her mother, it iswickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickednessamong you.[x]MKJV: And if a man takes a wife and her mother, it [is] wickedness. They shall be burned with fire, both he and they, so that there may be no wickedness among you. BBE: And if a man takes as wife a woman and her mother, it is an act of shame; let them be burned with fire, all three of them, so that there may be no shame among you. 15 And if a manlieㆍ with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.[x]MKJV: And if a man lies with an animal, he shall surely be put to death. And you shall kill the animal. BBE: And if a man has sex relations with a beast, let him be put to death, and let the beast be put to destruction. 15 And if a man has sex relations with a beast, let him be put to death, and let the beast be put to destruction.

16 And if a womanapproach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their bloodshall be upon them.[x]MKJV: And if a woman goes up to any animal and lies down with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal. 16 And if a woman goes near a beast and has sex relations with it, you will put an end to the woman and the beast: their blood will be on them.

17 And if a man shall take his sister, his father'sdaughter, or his mother'sdaughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their peopleㆍ: he hath uncovered his sister'snakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.[x]MKJV: And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness, it [is] a wicked thing. 18 And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.[x]MKJV: And if a man shall lie with a menstruous woman, and shall uncover her nakedness, he has discovered her fountain, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood. And both of them shall be cut off from among their people. BBE: And if a man has sex relations with a woman at the time when she is unwell, he has seen her fountain and she has let the fountain of her blood be uncovered, and the two of them are to be cut off from among their people. 19 And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother'ssister, nor of thy father'ssister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.[x]MKJV: And you shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister, nor of your father's sister. For he uncovers his near kin. They shall bear their iniquity. BBE: And you may not have sex connection with your mother's sister or your father's sister, for they are his near relations: their sin will be on them. 19 And you may not have sex connection with your mother's sister or your father's sister, for they are his near relations: their sin will be on them.

20 And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle'snakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall diechildless.[x]MKJV: And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness. They shall bear their sin. They shall die childless. BBE: And if a man has sex relations with the wife of his father's brother, he has put shame on his father's brother: their sin will be on them; till the day of their death they will have no children. 21 And if a man shall take his brother'swife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother'snakedness; they shall be childless.[x]MKJV: And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it [is] an unclean thing. He has uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless. BBE: And if a man takes his brother's wife, it is an unclean act; he has put shame on his brother; they will have no children. 22 Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.[x]MKJV: You shall therefore keep all My statutes and all My judgments, and do them, so that the land where I bring you to live shall not spit you out. BBE: So then, keep my rules and my decisions and do them, so that the land which I am giving you as your resting-place may not violently send you out again. 23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast outbefore you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.[x]MKJV: And you shall not walk in the ways of the nation which I cast out before you. For they committed all these things, and therefore I loathed them. BBE: And do not keep the rules of the nations which I am driving out before you; for they did all these things, and for that reason my soul was turned against them. 23 And do not keep the rules of the nations which I am driving out before you; for they did all these things, and for that reason my soul was turned against them.

24 But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from otherpeople.[x]MKJV: But I have said to you, You shall inherit their land, and I, I am giving it to you to possess it, a land that flows with milk and honey.
