3 You have seen everything the Lord your God has done to all these nations because of you; for it is the Lord your God who has been fighting for you.

4Behold, I have divided unto you by lot these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even unto the greatseawestward.[x]MKJV: Behold, I have divided to you by lot these nations that are left to be an inheritance for your tribes, from Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even to the Great Sea westward. 12 너희가 만일 퇴보하여 너희 중에 빠져 남아 있는 이 민족들을 친근히 하여 더불어 혼인하며 피차 왕래하면
13Know for a certainty that the LORD your God will no more drive outany of these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this goodland which the LORD your God hath given you.[x]MKJV: know for a certainty that the LORD your God will no more drive out these nations from before you. But they shall be snares and traps to you, and whips in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from off this good land which the LORD your God has given you. 14 And, behold, this day I amgoing the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not onething hath failed of all the goodthings which the LORD your Godspake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not onething hath failed thereof.[x]MKJV: And behold, today I [am] going the way of all the earth. And you know in all your heart and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spoke concerning you. All have come to pass to you. Not one thing of it has failed. 15 Therefore it shall come to pass, that as all goodthings are come upon you, which the LORD your Godpromised you; so shall the LORDbring upon you all evilthings, until he have destroyed you from off this goodland which the LORD your God hath given you.[x]MKJV: And it shall be, as comes to you every good thing which the LORD your God has spoken to you has come to you, so shall the LORD bring on you every evil thing until He has destroyed you from off this good land which the LORD your God has given you, BBE: And you will see that, as all the good things which the Lord your God undertook to do for you, have come to you, so the Lord will send down on you all the evil things till he has made your destruction complete, and you are cut off from the good land which the Lord your God has given you. 16 When ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and servedothergods, and bowed yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and ye shall perishquickly from off the goodland which he hath given unto you.[x]MKJV: when you transgress the covenant of the LORD your God, which He commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed yourselves to them, then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and you shall perish quickly from off the good land which He has given to you. 16 If the agreement of the Lord your God, which was given to you by his orders, is broken, and you become the servants of other gods and give them worship, then the wrath of the Lord will be burning against you, and you will quickly be cut off from the good land which he has given you.
