| 4 And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him mouth to mouth, and his eyes shall behold his eyes; | 4 And Zedekiah, king of Judah, will not get away from the hands of the Chaldaeans, but will certainly be given up into the hands of the king of Babylon, and will have talk with him, mouth to mouth, and see him, eye to eye. | 4 (3절에 포함되어 있음) |

| 8 So Hanameel mine uncle's son came to me in the court of the prison according to the word of the LORD, and said unto me, Buy my field, I pray thee, that is in Anathoth, which is in the country of Benjamin: for the right of inheritance is thine, and the redemption is thine; buy it for thyself. Then I knew that this was the word of the LORD. | 8 So Hanamel, the son of my father's brother, came to me, as the Lord had said, to the place of the armed watchmen, and said to me, Give the price and get my property which is in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin: for you have the nearest relation's right to the heritage; so get it for yourself. Then it was clear to me that this was the word of the Lord. | 8 여호와의 말씀 같이 나의 숙부의 아들 하나멜이 시위대 뜰안 내게로 와서 이르되 청하노니 너는 베냐민 땅 아나돗에 있는 나의 밭을 사라 기업의 상속권이 네게 있고 무를 권리가 네게 있으니 너를 위하여 사라 하는지라 내가 이것이 여호와의 말씀인줄 알았으므로 |
| 9 And I bought the field of Hanameel my uncle's son, that was in Anathoth, and weighed him the money, even seventeen ㆍ shekels of silver. | 9 So I got for a price the property in Anathoth from Hanamel, the son of my father's brother, and gave him the money, seventeen shekels of silver; | 9 내 숙부의 아들 하나멜의 아나돗에 있는 밭을 사는데 은 십 칠세겔을 달아주되 |

| 14 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed, and this evidence which is open; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days. | 14 This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said: Take these papers, the witness of this business, the one which is rolled up and stamped, and the one which is open; and put them in a vessel of earth so that they may be kept for a long time. | 14 만군의 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님이 이같이 말씀하시기를 너는 이 증서 곧 인봉하고 인봉치 않은 매매증서를 취하여 토기에 담아 많은 날 동안 보존케 하라 |
| 15 For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land. | 15 For the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said, There will again be trading in houses and fields and vine-gardens in this land. | 15 만군의 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님 내가 이같이 말하노라 사람이 이 땅에서 집과 밭과 포도원을 다시 사게 되리라 하셨다 하니라 |

| 17 Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee: | 17 Ah Lord God! see, you have made the heaven and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm, and there is nothing you are not able to do: | 17 슬프도소이다 주 여호와여 주께서 큰 능과 드신 팔로 천지를 지으셨사오니 주에게는 능치 못한 일이 없으시니이다 |
| 18 Thou showest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name, | 18 You have mercy on thousands, and send punishment for the evil-doing of the fathers on their children after them: the great, the strong God, the Lord of armies is his name: | 18 주는 은혜를 천만인에게 베푸시며 아비의 죄악을 그 후 자손의 품에 갚으시오니 크고 능하신 하나님이시요 이름은 만군의 여호와시니이다 |
| 19 Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings: | 19 Great in wisdom and strong in act: whose eyes are open on all the ways of the sons of men, giving to everyone the reward of his ways and the fruit of his doings: | 19 주는 모략에 크시며 행사에 능하시며 인류의 모든 길에 주목하시며 그 길과 그 행위의 열매대로 보응하시나이다 |

| 23 And they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not thy voice, neither walked in thy law; they have done nothing of all that thou commandedst them to do: therefore thou hast caused all this evil to come upon them: | 23 And they came in and took it for their heritage, but they did not give ear to your voice, and were not ruled by your law; they have done nothing of all you gave them orders to do: so you have made all this evil come on them: | 23 그들이 들어가서 이를 차지하였거늘 주의 목소리를 청종치 아니하며 주의 도에 행치 아니하며 무릇 주께서 행하라 명하신 일을 행치 아니하였으므로 주께서 이 모든 재앙을 그들에게 내리셨나이다 |
| 24 Behold the mounts, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans, that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come to pass; and, behold, thou seest it. | 24 See, they have made earthworks against the town to take it; and the town is given into the hands of the Chaldaeans who are fighting against it, because of the sword and need of food and disease: and what you have said has taken place, and truly you see it. | 24 보옵소서 이 성을 취하려 하는 자가 와서 흉벽을 쌓았고 칼과 기근과 염병으로 인하여 이 성이 이를 치는 갈대아인의 손에 붙인바 되었으니 주의 말씀대로 되었음을 주께서 보시나이다 |
| 25 And thou hast said unto me, O Lord GOD, Buy thee the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans. | 25 And you have said to me, Give the money to get yourself a property, and have the business witnessed; though the town is given into the hands of the Chaldaeans. | 25 주 여호와여 주께서 내게 은으로 밭을 사며 증인을 세우라 하셨으나 이 성은 갈대아인의 손에 붙인바 되었나이다 |
| 26 Then came the word of the LORD unto | 26 And the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying, | 26 때에 여호와의 말씀이 예레미야에게 임하여 이르시되 |
| 27 Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? | 27 See, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything so hard that I am unable to do it? | 27 나는 여호와요 모든 육체의 하나님이라 내게 능치 못한 일이 있겠느냐 |
| 28 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it: | 28 So this is what the Lord has said: See, I am giving this town into the hands of the Chaldaeans and into the hands of Nebuchadrezzar, the king of Babylon, and he will take it: | 28 그러므로 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 보라 내가 이 성을 갈대아인의 손과 바벨론 왕 느부갓네살의 손에 붙일 것인즉 그가 취할 것이라 |
| 29 And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to anger. | 29 And the Chaldaeans, who are fighting against this town, will come and put the town on fire, burning it together with the houses, on the roofs of which perfumes have been burned to the Baal, and drink offerings have been drained out to other gods, moving me to wrath. | 29 이 성을 치는 갈대아인이 와서 이 성읍에 불을 놓아 성과 집 곧 그 지붕에서 바알에게 분향하며 다른 신들에게 전제를 드려 나를 격노케한 집들을 사르리니 |
| 30 For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the LORD. | 30 For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have done nothing but evil in my eyes from their earliest years: the children of Israel have only made me angry with the work of their hands, says the Lord. | 30 이는 이스라엘자손과 유다 자손이 예로부터 내 목전에 악만 행하였음이라 이스라엘 자손은 그 손으로 만든 것을 가지고 나를 격노케 한것 뿐이니라 나 여호와가 말하노라 |
| 31 For this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face, | 31 For this town has been to me a cause of wrath and of burning passion from the day of its building till this day, so that I put it away from before my face: | 31 이 성이 건설된 날부터 오늘까지 나의 노와 분을 격발하므로 내가 내 앞에서 그것을 옮기려 하노니 |

| 36 And now therefore thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence; | 36 And now the Lord, the God of Israel, has said of this town, about which you say, It is given into the hands of the king of Babylon by the sword and by need of food and by disease: | 36 그러나 이스라엘의 하나님 나 여호와가 너희의 말하는바 칼과 기근과 염병으로 인하여 바벨론 왕의 손에 붙인바 되었다 하는 이 성에 대하여 이같이 말하노라 |
| 37 Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: | 37 See, I will get them together from all the countries where I have sent them in my wrath and in the heat of my passion and in my bitter feeling; and I will let them come back into this place where they may take their rest safely. | 37 보라 내가 노와 분과 큰 분노로 그들을 쫓아 보내었던 모든 지방에서 그들을 모아내어 이곳으로 다시 인도하여 안전히 거하게 할 것이라 |

| 44 Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe evidences, and seal them, and take witnesses in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the valley, and in the cities of the south: for I will cause their captivity to return, saith the LORD. | 44 Men will get fields for money, and put the business in writing, stamping the papers and having them witnessed, in the land of Benjamin and in the country round Jerusalem and in the towns of Judah and in the towns of the hill-country and in the towns of the lowland and in the towns of the South: for I will let their fate be changed, says the Lord. | 44 베냐민 땅과 예루살렘 사방과 유다 성읍들과 산지의 성읍들과 평지의 성읍들과 남방의 성읍들에 있는 밭을 은으로 사고 증서를 기록하여 인봉하고 증인을 세우리니 이는 내가 그들의 포로로 돌아오게 함이니라 여호와의 말이니라 |
