And thou shalt make a plate of pure gold, and grave upon it, like the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.36 You are to make a plate of the best gold, cutting on it, as on a stamp, these words: HOLY TO THE LORD.36 너는 또 정금으로 패를 만들어 인을 새기는 법으로 그 위에 새기되 「여호와께 성결」이라 하고
And thou shalt put it on a blue lace, that it may be upon the mitre; upon the forefront of the mitre it shall be.37 Put a blue cord on it and put it on the front of the twisted head-dress:37 그 패를 청색 끈으로 관 위에 매되 곧 관 전면에 있게 하라
And it shall be upon Aaron's forehead, that Aaron may bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always upon his forehead, that they may be accepted before the LORD.38 And it will be over Aaron's brow, so that Aaron will be responsible for any error in all the holy offerings made by the children of Israel; it will be on his brow at all times, so that their offerings may be pleasing to the Lord.38 이 패가 아론의 이마에 있어서 그로 이스라엘 자손의 거룩하게 드리는 성물의 죄건을 담당하게 하라 그 패가 아론의 이마에 늘 있으므로 그 성물을 여호와께서 받으시게 되리라
And thou shalt embroider the coat of fine linen, and thou shalt make the mitre of fine linen, and thou shalt make the girdle of needlework.39 The coat is to be made of the best linen, worked in squares; and you are to make a head-dress of linen, and a linen band worked in needlework.39 너는 가는 베실로 반포 속옷을 짜고 가는 베실로 관을 만들고 띠를 수 놓아 만들찌니라
And for Aaron's sons thou shalt make coats, and thou shalt make for them girdles, and bonnets shalt thou make for them, for glory and for beauty.40 And for Aaron's sons you are to make coats, and bands, and head-dresses, so that they may be clothed with glory and honour.40 너는 아론의 아들들을 위하여 속옷을 만들며 그들을 위하여 띠를 만들며 그들을 위하여 관을 만들어서 영화롭고 아름답게 하되
And thou shalt put them upon Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him; and shalt anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.41 These you are to put on Aaron, your brother, and on his sons, putting oil on them, separating them and making them holy, to do the work of priests to me.41 너는 그것들로 네 형 아론과 그와 함께한 그 아들들에게 입히고 그들에게 기름을 부어 위임하고 거룩하게 하여 그들로 제사장 직분을 내게 행하게 할찌며
And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness ; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach:42 And you are to make them linen trousers, covering their bodies from the middle to the knee;42 또 그들을 위하여 베로 고의를 만들어 허리에서부터 넓적다리까지 이르게 하여 하체를 가리게 하라
And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.43 Aaron and his sons are to put these on whenever they go into the Tent of meeting or come near the altar, when they are doing the work of the holy place, so that they may be free from any sin causing death: this is to be an order for him and his seed after him for ever.43 아론과 그 아들들이 회막에 들어갈 때에나 제단에 가까이 하여 거룩한 곳에서 섬길 때에 그것들을 입어야 죄를 지어서 죽지 아니하리니 그와 그의 후손의 영원히 지킬 규례니라
