3 Behold, here I am:witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received anybribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.[x]MKJV: Behold, here I [am]. 14 If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God:[x]MKJV: If you will fear the LORD, and serve Him, and listen to His voice, and not rebel against the command of the LORD, then both you and also the king who reigns over you shall continue following the LORD your God. 14 If in the fear of the Lord you are his servants, hearing his voice and not going against the orders of the Lord, but being true to the Lord your God, you and the king ruling over you, then all will be well:
14 너희가 만일 여호와를 경외하여 그를 섬기며 그 목소리를 듣고 여호와의 명령을 거역하지 아니하며 또 너희와 너희를 다스리는 왕이 너희 하나님 여호와를 좇으면 좋으니라마는
15 But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers.[x]MKJV: But if you will not listen to the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the command of the LORD, then the hand of the LORD shall be against you as [it was] against your fathers. 18 So Samuelcalled unto the LORD; and the LORDsentthunder and rain that day: and all the peoplegreatlyfeared the LORD and Samuel.[x]MKJV: And Samuel called to the LORD, And the LORD sent thunder and rain that day. And all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel. BBE: So Samuel made prayer to the Lord; and the Lord sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people were in fear of the Lord and of Samuel. 19 And all the peoplesaid unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sinsthisevil, to ask us a king.[x]MKJV: And all the people said to Samuel, Pray for your servants to the LORD your God, so that we will not die. For we have added evil to all our sins, to ask a king for us. 20 And Samuelsaid unto the people, Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart;[x]MKJV: And Samuel said to the people, Do not fear. You have done all this wickedness. Yet do not turn aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart. BBE: Then Samuel said to the people, Have no fear: truly you have done evil, but do not be turned away from the Lord; be his servants with all your heart; KAV: ¶ 사무엘이 백성에게 이르되, 두려워하지 말라. 너희가 이 모든 사악한 일을 행하였으나 {주}를 따르는 데서 돌이키지 말고 오직 너희 마음을 다하여 {주}를 섬기라. 20 Then Samuel said to the people, Have no fear: truly you have done evil, but do not be turned away from the Lord; be his servants with all your heart;

21 And do not go from the right way turning to those false gods in which there is no profit and no salvation, for they are false.
22 For the Lord will not give his people up, because of the honour of his name; for it was the Lord's pleasure to make of you a people for himself.
22 여호와께서는 너희로 자기 백성 삼으신 것을 기뻐하신고로 그 크신 이름을 인하여 자기 백성을 버리지 아니하실 것이요
23 Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the rightway:[x]MKJV: Also, I, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD from ceasing to pray for you. 24 Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart;: for consider how great things he hath done for you.[x]MKJV: Only fear the LORD, and serve Him in truth with all your heart.
