5Thisthenis the messagewhich we have heardofhim, anddeclare unto you, thatGodislight, andinhimisnodarkness at all.
5 This is the word which came to us from him and which we give to you, that God is light and in him there is nothing dark.

7Butif we walkin the light, asheisin the light, we havefellowship one with anotherㆍ, and the blood of JesusChristhisSoncleansethusfromallsin.
7 But if we are walking in the light, as he is in the light, we are all united with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son makes us clean from all sin.
7 저가 빛 가운데 계신것 같이 우리도 빛 가운데 행하면 우리가 서로 사귐이 있고 그 아들 예수의 피가 우리를 모든 죄에서 깨끗하게 하실 것이요
10If we saythat we havenotsinned, we makehim a liar, andhiswordisnotinus.
10 If we say that we have no sin, we make him false and his word is not in us.
10 만일 우리가 범죄하지 아니하였다 하면 하나님을 거짓말 하는 자로 만드는 것이니 또한 그의 말씀이 우리 속에 있지 아니하니라
