KJV BBE KRV
All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.1 Take care to keep all the orders which I give you today, so that you may have life and be increased and go in and take as a heritage the land which the Lord, by his oath to your fathers, undertook to give you.1 내가 오늘날 명하는 모든 명령을 너희는 지켜 행하라 그리하면 너희가 살고 번성하고 여호와께서 너희의 열조에게 맹세하신 땅에 들어가서 그것을 얻으리라
And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.2 And keep in mind the way by which the Lord your God has taken you through the waste land these forty years, so that he might make low your pride and put you to the test, to see what was in your heart and if you would keep his orders or not.2 네 하나님 여호와께서 이 사십년 동안에 너로 광야의 길을 걷게 하신 것을 기억하라 이는 너를 낮추시며 너를 시험하사 네 마음이 어떠한지 그 명령을 지키는지 아니 지키는지 알려하심이라
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.3 And he made low your pride and let you be without food and gave you manna for your food, a thing new to you, which your fathers never saw; so that he might make it clear to you that bread is not man's only need, but his life is in every word which comes out of the mouth of the Lord.3 너를 낮추시며 너로 주리게 하시며 또 너도 알지 못하며 네 열조도 알지 못하던 만나를 네게 먹이신것은 사람이 떡으로만 사는 것이 아니요 여호와의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 사는 줄을 너로 알게하려 하심이니라
Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years.4 Through all these forty years your clothing did not get old or your feet become tired.4 이 사십년 동안에 네 의복이 해어지지 아니하였고 네 발이 부릍지 아니하였느니라
Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.5 Keep in mind this thought, that as a son is trained by his father, so you have been trained by the Lord your God.5 너는 사람이 그 아들을 징계함 같이 네 하나님 여호와께서 너를 징계하시는줄 마음에 생각하고
Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.6 Then keep the orders of the Lord your God, fearing him and walking in his ways.6 네 하나님 여호와의 명령을 지켜 그 도를 행하며 그를 경외할찌니라
For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;7 For the Lord your God is guiding you into a good land, a land of water-springs, of fountains, and deep streams flowing out from the valleys and the hills;7 네 하나님 여호와께서 너로 아름다운 땅에 이르게 하시나니 그곳은 골짜기에든지 산지에든지 시내와 분천과 샘이 흐르고
A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;8 A land of grain and vines and fig-trees and fair fruits; a land of oil-giving olive-trees and honey;8 밀과 보리의 소산지요 포도와 무화과와 석류와 감람들의 나무와 꿀의 소산지라
A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.9 Where there will be bread for you in full measure and you will be in need of nothing; a land where the very stones are iron and from whose hills you may get copper.9 너의 먹는 식물의 결핍함이 없고 네게 아무 부족함이 없는 땅이며 그 땅의 돌은 철이요 산에서는 동을 캘 것이라
When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.10 And you will have food enough and be full, praising the Lord your God for the good land he has given you.10 네가 먹어서 배불리고 네 하나님 여호와께서 옥토로 네게 주셨음을 인하여 그를 찬송하리라
Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:11 Then take care that you are not turned away from the Lord your God and from keeping his orders and decisions and laws which I give you this day:11 내가 오늘날 네게 명하는 여호와의 명령과 법도와 규례를 지키지 아니하고 네 하나님 여호와를 잊어버리게 되지 않도록 삼갈찌어다
Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;12 And when you have taken food and are full, and have made fair houses for yourselves and are living in them;12 네가 먹어서 배불리고 아름다운 집을 짓고 거하게 되며
And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;13 And when your herds and your flocks are increased, and your stores of silver and gold, and you have wealth of every sort;13 또 네 우양이 번성하며 네 은금이 증식되며 네 소유가 다 풍부하게 될 때에
Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;14 Take care that your hearts are not lifted up in pride, giving no thought to the Lord your God who took you out of the land of Egypt, out of the prison-house;14 두렵건대 네 마음이 교만하여 네 하나님 여호와를 잊어버릴까 하노라 여호와는 너를 애굽 땅 종 되었던 집에서 이끌어 내시고
Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;15 Who was your guide through that great and cruel waste, where there were poison-snakes and scorpions and a dry land without water; who made water come out of the hard rock for you;15 너를 인도하여 그 광대하고 위험한 광야 곧 불뱀과 전갈이 있고 물이 없는 간조한 땅을 지나게 하셨으며 또 너를 위하여 물을 굳은 반석에서 내셨으며
Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;16 Who gave you manna for your food in the waste land, a food which your fathers had never seen; so that your pride might be broken and your hearts tested for your good in the end;16 네 열조도 알지 못하던 만나를 광야에서 네게 먹이셨나니 이는 다 너를 낮추시며 너를 시험하사 마침내 네게 복을 주려 하심이었느니라
And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.17 Say not then, in your hearts, My power and the strength of my hands have got me this wealth.17 또 두렵건대 네가 마음에 이르기를 내 능과 내 손의 힘으로 내가 이 재물을 얻었다 할까 하노라
But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.18 But keep in mind the Lord your God: for it is he who gives you the power to get wealth, so that he may give effect to the agreement which he made by his oath with your fathers, as at this day.18 네 하나님 여호와를 기억하라 그가 네게 재물 얻을 능을 주셨음이라 이같이 하심은 네 열조에게 맹세하신 언약을 오늘과 같이 이루려 하심이니라
And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.19 And it is certain that if at any time you are turned away from the Lord your God, and go after other gods, to be their servants and to give them worship, destruction will overtake you.19 네가 만일 네 하나님 여호와를 잊어버리고 다른 신들을 좇아 그들을 섬기며 그들에게 절하면 내가 너희에게 증거하노니 너희가 정녕히 멸망할 것이라
As the nations which the LORD destroyeth before your face, so shall ye perish; because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD your God.20 Like the nations which the Lord is cutting off before you, so you will be cut off; because you would not give ear to the voice of the Lord your God.20 여호와께서 너희의 앞에서 멸망시키신 민족들 같이 너희도 멸망하리니 이는 너희가 너희 하나님 여호와의 소리를 청종치 아니함이니라
